Contribuiți la feedbackI placed an order on the app for 5 Frito wraps, one order of cheese tots and the 5 piece cinnasnacks. There were 3 or 4 other vehicles parked when I pulled in and checked in. After about 5 minutes I realized I was the only vehicle still waiting. I saw anemployee walk out to their vehicle and on his way back he asked me if I was waiting for an app order. He told me he didn't thinkit had went through. After he walked in he came out with my order. I was shorted the cheese tots and they didn't give me theicing for the cinnasnacks. They did give me an extra Frito wrap but three of them barely had anything in them. I seem to havemore issues with app orders at this location versus ordering there.
Came here to pick up a mobile order which should be quick with only 3 items but they gave me someone else order after a 15 minutes wait. Then when I told them they went back in for another 10 minutes. Absolutely horrible experience will not be back tothis location on hwy 62 in orange tx
Constantly repeated myself trying to place an order. Then required to take my debit card inside card inside to pay for my order. They always rush the stall order right after you order to say someone is on the way so you can't pay but it takes 10 minutes toget your order. Seems sketchy like someone can steal your card info.
Always slow and have never pulled in ordered food and was out before 15 minutes.. makes it hard to want to stop in mornings for breakfast. And machines outside always have issues paying causing server to have to run back inside to run card.
Super slow service, every order has something wrong with it, and parking lot is filthy!
