El Pollo Loco - Ontario

The cashier was amazing—I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but he was working the evening shift. We were really impressed by how well he explained the menu and the dishes. I honestly didn't think people like him were still around! He was incredibly helpful, and we had a wonderful dinner because of it.

The drive-thru line wrapped around most of the parking lot, so I chose to go inside to the front counter. Unfortunately, it wasn't any better; there was a long line at the cashier, and all the seats in the dining area were either taken or being reserved for those waiting in line. In the end, I opted to take my avocado burrito to go. I was disappointed to find that they no longer have the salsa bar open to customers, but the corner where it used to be was clean, so I asked the girl who handed me my food for some red hot spicy salsa.

This restaurant consistently offers high-quality food. The staff is friendly and provides quick service. The tables and other areas are always kept clean. While it can get busy during lunch hours, they efficiently manage the lines, and food is prepared promptly.

Finally a double chicken salad that looks awesome and tastes delicious! Lately haven't been doing to good at this store. Got it back.?

This is the best PolloLoco in America been coming here for 6 years..I wish they'd move this whole restaurant to my neighborhood in NYC!!
