Cream - Ontario

CREAM is a counter-service chain for ice cream and ice cream sandwiches at Ontario Mills. Ice cream and ice cream sandwiches are made here with a choice of flavored cookies and toppings. We came here once in June 2019. It’s a small shop and according to my opinion, they have limited options for ice cream and ice cream sandwich. We ordered chocoholic, and salted caramel ice cream (cup). The ice cream was okay but the price was a bit high. The overall service was good. They also have vegan and gluten-free cookie and ice cream options which is a good thing.

The place looks very clean and welcoming. The person that helped me set a high bar in customer service. I'm definitely coming back. The ice cream sandwich was very tasty.

It was a great selection. They also offer first responder discounts, which I thought was awesome. I ordered just the ice cream here, but I will try their ice cream sandwich next time.

Impeccable customer service! And they had VEGAN OPTIONS! My vegan friend was so happy it made her entire month better : Quality ice cream and I am so happy we came here.

Wow! Ice cream tacos!! This place is amazing. The staff was super friendly and the ice cream is top shelf. Goodbye cold stone, hello cream.
