Baker's Drive-thru - Ontario

The fast food offered a decent Mexican option. I ordered a beans and cheese burrito along with a burger. It satisfied my hunger, but it wasn't anything exceptional. A couple of hours later, I found myself in the restroom. You can imagine how that went.

I was really surprised by my experience at Bakers' drive-thru. Two weeks ago, I visited the restaurant on Archibald Ave in Ontario, CA and ordered three separate meals, all of which were the Twin Kitchen meal. Unfortunately, my order was messed up. After I called the restaurant about the issue, I was told that they would replace one of the meals for the inconvenience. However, when I went to pick it up on July 24, 2024, I was informed that they would only be replacing the fries. The customer service really let me down. I don’t think I’ll be returning to Bakers again. They’ve lost me as a customer.

Additionally, their large fries have shrunk; they used to be half a pound, but now a large size is more comparable to a medium at other fast-food places. Lastly, I checked Google Maps before heading over, and it said the restaurant opened at 6 a.m., but when I arrived at 6:30 a.m., I was told they actually open at 7 a.m. While this wasn’t a major issue for me, it raises the question of why they would list their opening time as 6 a.m. I love Baker’s and grew up eating there; in my opinion, they serve the best burgers and bean and cheese burritos in Southern California. I even make the drive from Orange County just to enjoy it. However, after this experience, I’m not sure if I'll be back.

Ridiculous. Got there like at 6.15 am and no one answered at the drive through. Ended up waiting like 20 minutes for nothing cuz there were 2 cars ahead of me. Don't know where their employees were but they need to get their act together

It was shocking to pay nearly $20 for a quesadilla,medium fries,and a ground beef burrito with sour cream. And they forgot to add the sour cream,but didn't forget to charge me for it. Hard to find good help these days...
