Little Caesars Pizza - Oneida

Deep Dish pizza dough was raw in the middle and now I’m sick to my stomach I ate some I’ve not felt good all evening. This isn’t the first time I’ve got something raw from this location. Do better.

I use to really like this location, but in the last few months the customer service has severely gone down hill! They show advertisements on their windows for hot and ready pretzel pizza…however, they never have it ready during the 6-8pm window as advertised. I’ve asked a few times why that’s the case and I’ve gotten an array of “answers” to this question. I’ve been told that type of pizza doesn’t apply for that “special.” Oh and the latest…”oh, I think we just sold our last one” (there was no one in the parking lot) and when I questioned her about the fact that they advertise that it should be available during this time and they never seem to have one ready the answer I got was…”idk I normally don’t work the night shift.” I didn’t realize that they served breakfast too ?.

Fast and fresh most of the time and they have some of the best cheesy bread in town. Service is good most of the time.

Ordered the now back again get it before its gone pretzel crust pizza quoted 30 minutes... here had no other pizzas ready. Literally no other customers here!? Slogan should be hungry hungry cause there is no pizza pizza. Very disappointed. Hangry. Place is going down hill quick.

I am giving this store 5 Stars because of the General Manager she is very nice and friendly and will help you and make you feel welcome and if you have a problem as I did you can talk to her and she will take the time to talk to you and listen so a very BIG THANK YOU to Amanda and I hope I got her name correct. Thanks again.
