The District Manager was contacted, and things improved for a short period, but soon the mistreatment of employees resumed. I genuinely think that higher authorities, such as OSHA, should be alerted to the situation. We cannot allow this establishment to continue operating while abusing its workforce. Rather than just voicing complaints about the poorly prepared food, we need to unite and address the real issue: mismanagement. I appreciate the hard work of the employees who strive to serve us, but they should not be mistreated by customers or management. Many devoted staff members have left because of administrative issues, and it's time for a change. If we're going to make a difference, we need to do it together.

The service was excellent and quite prompt, and the food was fresh.

The food is served hot, and the service is warm and welcoming. Vickie consistently goes above and beyond, always greeting guests with a smile.

I enjoyed a tasty sandwich, and the drive-thru service was quick. The staff was very friendly, but the noise level at the drive-thru was quite high! As an older person with some hearing difficulties, I found that a bit challenging.
