Contribuiți la feedbackI submitted my order Sunday afternoon through the Pizza Hut app. Once I arrived, I couldn 't click on the I 'm Here button because it wasn 't available. I also refreshed and called the phone number provided. A gentleman answered and told me he 'd send me to the local store . The phone just rang without anyone answering. I had to go in to pick up and order I 'd prefer to have brought to my vehicle (similar to other Pizza Hut locations) due to COVID. Upon getting home, the dry rub wings were done horribly. I took a picture of how poorly done they were. Concentrated powder on only a couple wings is unacceptable.
I ordered one large pan chicken pizza from this location this evening…. Can’t believe how bad it tasted
Ordered a pizza which was wasn’t cut properly. First of all I received my pizza late because my first pizza was messed up. So they did the second pizza in a hurry. When I called back to inform them of this the girl who answered hung up the phone on me after refusing to take responsibility for the mistakeshe was extremely rude. I called back again and she answered and hung up the phone without even answering. So I went back to Pizza Hut and asked why was she so rude to me on the phone and I did take the pizza back as well. She refused to answer and told me she is refunding my order and to never return. I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for 20 years and to be treated in this manner is unacceptable rude and disrespectful. She refused to give me her name when all I asked her was why did you hang up with phone on me and are being so disrespectful I missed the presidential debate due to this issue and it has really been bothering me how can an employee treat an customer in such a manner. I have this entire event recorded on my phone as well. I felt like I was disrespected and discriminated against. I am so frustrated right now. I agree with other reviews that customers order and food is not being served properly. The employees seemed careless not professional.
Update: I contacted the e-mail and they said someone would be reaching out and no one responded after I emailed again to see what was going on. Not sure if I would trust doing business here as they do not follow through with customer service. I ordered delivery and the pizza driver literally hit my patio and destroyed part of my bricks. I had to wait for police to come and my food was cold.
Employee(s) intentionally messing around with your food 4/26 9:30pm takeout My pizza had about 6 full toppings but all of them came as half toppings. My pizza was also not cut properly. If a topping or two was forgotten or not cut properly I would understand that mistakes can be made but when not a single topping was missing, I knew it was intentional. The employee also did not say a word when I went to pick up the order. (I also tipped 10% for the carryout) I know its just a pizza at the end of the day, but I have lost all my trust. Who knows if he threw the dough on the floor or washed it in the toilet water. I wouldn't know but what I know is they are messing around with peoples food there so I won't be taking any chance in the future. Good luck to anyone ordering from here. I hope your pizza maker is in a good mood that day!
