Moka - Onalaska

The staff has amazing personalities, but every time I visit, I request almond milk due to my milk allergy. Unfortunately, I keep finding milk in my drinks, which leaves me feeling ill for several days. The drinks themselves are fantastic, but I can't keep getting sick from them. Moka has been attentive regarding allergies, but I’m starting to lose confidence.

Last week, when I went through the drive-thru, my car overheated, and I had to leave it there overnight. The employees were incredibly kind and treated us to drinks not just once, but twice during the day. I’m very grateful for their generosity and friendliness.

The customer service here is truly exceptional, and the staff is warm and welcoming. They seem to understand my preferences perfectly. I always enjoy returning to find new faces, yet they still greet me with the same friendly smiles. It feels like they’re old friends when they serve our drinks.

Today my first time was to visit a moka. the man who took my order was very helpful and friendly! I got an icy sugar free (they have more sugar free options than most other places) salted caramel latte with mandel milk and it was amazing! will definitely be back and recommend it! Many thanks for the wonderful customer service!

Every time I’ve gone to this location I’ve always received amazing customer service. From the smiling face taking my order to the friendly conversation at the window, I always know it will be a great experience. Now, Moka, you need to expand to Appleton because there’s many of us over here from the La Crosse area and nothing compares to your delicious drinks!
