Ucc Park Cafe - Omaha

I had a meeting with a friend here last week. I like that this particular branch is quite hidden, so my friend and I were able to discuss peacefully. I ordered Spam and Cheese Omelette, served with their House Blend Coffee. I love that my dish was oozing with cheese, and it was huge enough for sharing. As always, I love UCC coffee. The service was excellent, even it was late in the evening. Would love to go back here soon.

Whenever I go to UCC I always choose from their breakfast menu and get either their spam and cheese omelette or their corned beef hash. These two has been my staple for years and they always taste the same. What I like about their corned beef hash is they cook it until it becomes crunchy. I am the type of person who do not like corned beef with soup/water in it. I like them dry. The omelette is very light and fluffy and the cheese that they use is mozzarella cheese, may favorite!

I like the pastas. The price is a little high for the food.

Their French Toast is a total killer!
