Taisho Ramen And Teppanyaki House

Ordered tonkotsu ramen, chicken terriyaki and matcha ice cream and they were superb! Went there on v day so there were alot of people but they still were able to accomodate and provide swift service. Will definitely go back

What I see here is potential. The ramen served is good. The Real Deal they have at lunch time is the best you can get with the ramen and Chahan set for around 173 pesos. Please have more combos showing off your best ramen. Staff is friendly, but they just need to be quick on their feet. One thing that excites customers in Japanese restaurants is that they will get to assist you the first 2 seconds you enter the door. I’m not a fan of shouting employees like real Japanese resto employees greet their customers so I’m glad I didn’t get that. Also. There’s a comfy spot for introverts as they place walls beside tables high enough for you not to see the other table when sitting.

Compare to other expensive Ramen, I think this one is the closest to authentic , the one I tried in Hakata. Broth is obviously 99.9% fresh porkbone simmered for hours. It's just perfect for me.

The crew here entertained me as soon as I stepped inside the place. They are so accomodating and I kinda learned some japanese greetings. Haha. I love their kimchi ramen. Every food here will surprise your taste buds. Worth the price!

I love ninniku ramen here the tasty pork steak. we've enjoyed the 50% on all ramen on their anniversary recently. my kids like the chahan rice a lot.
