It’s just the same with other Subway branches. It just depends on how much fillings they put on the sandwiches. Had dinner here with a friend and as always, I enjoyed my Tuna sub with Sweet Onion sauce. I went back here (another night) but most of the flavors weren’t available as they already ran out of ingredients. Ended up eating at another place.
I love subway. it is because i love sandwich. when i eat meat or ham. i love the taste. it is because it is very delicious. all you can do is to support all Filipino products. being a Filipino is not uncool. filipino people is a humble people. remember, be humble and support each other. thank you and have a nice day.
I always visit and eat my hearty sandwich in your stores in makati, mall of asia and even a couple of times in boracay and i am so pleased on how your staffs in those branches attended to me in all those times i visited. It was today Dec 15, 2018 around 11-1pm when me and a colleague from my previous work decided to grab a quick bite in your megamall branch while waiting for our other friends as we are to have our lunch get together later, sort of a reunion in the spirit of christmas. We entered your store and it looks like there’s noone in the counter to assist us and to find out that your male staff is busy attending to whatever chores inside you small kitchen or pantry space. Alas he was able to notice us we informed him our oders, his face is on poker mode, not even a smile to greet us, maybe he is tired but whatever we still continued with our order and proceed to the bread counter. My colleageu asked for a tuna sandwich and his expresison is like saying “hey gurl we dont have that kind of sandwich ever” as if he was surprised that we are ordering it.i look over the menu and yeah i was surprised too that there is nio tuna in there. Mind you there is such in your moa ofc unless it was already removed from the menu recently which he can just say politely but acting like we dont sell that ever attitude is a no no.he didnt even ask us what kind of bread we like he just go slicing a white bread and i did not bother anymore asking him about it. Normally i asked for parmesan oregano but hey it was already sliced before i can open my mouth.....i hate confrontations really.... its a holiday anyway.my colleague asked if he can have the bread toasted and he replied like yeah of course but i need to put this first and that. As if he is complaining, i just watch him patiently coz i have seen in the movies what they can do especially if its food and again i am feeling the holiday vibes hahaha good vides is on my side. I wont give in.my colleage again asked if they have available bottled water and it was like tossed in the air, he did not hear anything, no response, i almost wanted to check if he is still breathing but hey slmay lbe he is too busy. So i asked if they have brewed coffee and he told me machine is busted, no empathy whatsoevef so its now me who asked for bottled water and hopefully this time he will hear me, he jist said no available bottled water... again with a poker face,not even an apology.talk about poor customer service.maybe he is too tired... not an excuse coz there’s just two of us and another japanese custonef next in line and hello its only 11am.ohhh anyway its christmas season i hope i can get back there and maybe next time it will be a delightful experience.still disappointed though.your male staff needs retraining on handling customers properly,it is expected. There are no other types of bread, just wheat bread. And their POS is broken so you will be given a manual receipt. This is the 2nd branch of Subway that deals with the concerns above. The quality of food is still the same. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki with BBQ sauce.
