Hobing Korean Dessert Cafe - Omaha

When it comes to Bingsu, its Hobing for me. Whenever I crave for Bingsu, sa hobing lang ako lagi pumupunta. And if I crave for Tteokboki, Hobing padin. They serve one of the best Spicy Rice Cake. My favorite is Injeolmi. I always order it.

A go to place after having a heavy dinner. These Korean Desserts are a must try! Located at the Mega Fashion Hall, it is usually full at some days. I highly recommend their Mango and Brownie flavors. The Strawberry Cheesecake is okay but I like the other two better. You can order a regular size and its actually good for two already. We got the large orders and we were 7 at the time.

Hobing had a fun vibrant venue. I ordered their Strawberry Bingsu, and was surprised at how quick I received my order considering how many people had ordered before I did. They also give you separate bowls if you plan to share the Bingsu. However, I loved how many fresh strawberries were used in the Bingsu and how balanced the sweetness of the dish was. The milk ice was super finely shaved and the whipped cream upped the creaminess of everything mixed together. The only downside was how quickly it melted. So, better eat quick!

Bingsu craving brought me to hobing. The place was tiny but quaint. The service wasn't bad considering there were a lot of people at the time i came. I got choco cookie bingsu. It was very sweet. Too sweet for me. Not the best. I still like cafe seolhwa better.
