Burger King - Olive Branch

It sucks ordered a bacon king's meal it had 1 piece of bacon and the meat was burned. And all they have is to drink jungle juice. but I guess all employees drink... Be better off, just stay at work and skip lunch a total waste of $10 then when I ask, abouy make me another burger I said they don't do, that's it. guess that bk doesn't get it as you get it.

In my last three visits to the order on the thru drive, I felt as if the employee who took my orders has very bad customer service skills and not interested when the order was properly prepared. If you do not like your job, please find another and leave someone who would be willing and able to feel customers welcome and assured that the order is correct before they go. I was so disappointed with my last visit, I didn't eat the food I ordered.

I like BK generally for breakfast.... I always get the #1 sausage cheese Croissan'wich... Thia was the worst BK I ever had. All employees do everything except their job. I am am amazed that I have my order. The sandwich was cold... Cheese a cold slice on the bottom, fresh bread from the bag... not heated at all. I ate and wish I hadn't made this decision to see the nonsense. All this on a Tuesday morning @930AM... 02/12/2109.

They took my order, I got the sandwiches and they told me to proceed to wait for the cheesy points, that was no problem. We move forward, got our sandwiches out and they were all wrong. I supported the window and told them that they laughed and said we'd make you fresh again to move forward. Then the manager went there 5 minutes later to ask us what was on the sandwiches. We said we got our money back. He goes and gets it, throws it in my hand. Don't say he does it or something. I can't believe a manager or someone would treat someone like that. I had a complicated order, and the staff was very help and very friendly about helping me get it placed. The restaurant was clean and neat. My food was hot and fresh and all of the employees were very nice. We came on a Wednesday night and it was not very busy.
