Ben Jerry's - Old Saybrook

Ging here for the first time last night and it was excellent. Super clean and comfortable. It's expensive, but it's worth it. I tried the taste of Smore, and it was some of the best ice cream I've ever had. I'm back.

It is Ben Jerry's; I'm not sure how much you have to do! The ice cream is obviously amazing, the rustic decor is on brand with its image, and the staff is friendly, patient and helpful. My children will often take a little more time than most people to decide what they want, and none of the staff has ever given a mood of impatience. I'm gone several times and I want to go back.

My fiancée and I thought on my way home was a sweet treat. Not only the ice delicious, as usual, the staff was also very friendly and helpful. Very recommended!

This Ben and Jerry is incredible! When you board, you will be welcomed by very friendly, friendly and professional staff. They ensure that you are treated with the highest respect and your experience is perfect. The ice is delicious and it is worth the stop in! Had the opportunity to meet her new manager, she was professional, highly trained, knew so many information about the history of Ben and Jerry?s and was able to answer all the questions about the flavors / ingredients! Recommend this location to every lover of Ben and Jerry!

Best Ben and Jerry?s location! I live in California, so we don?t have many Ben and Jerry?s out here so I always make sure to stop into the store to get my fix when I?m in town. It just tastes better than the grocery store version! The new manager, Margot, is a breath of fresh air and has excellent customer service. She always stops to chat even though I am sure she is busy. Can?t wait for my next visit!
