La Diperie St Henri - Okotoks

I was there ordering ice cream for my mom and hubby. I looked at the receipt I noticed I was charged for 2 large waffles when I ordered only one waffle and one regular cone. I had already paid for it. Check your receipts when you order from them. These ppl are a cheat and can do anything for money ???? Ice cream was not great and it was pricey. Never going there again.

Fun place with many many options! Great customer service, the young lady working there on July 3 had a lot of patience explaining all the cone dipping options. The ice cream was delicious, we will be going back!

This is an excellent place for ice cream (soft serve and hard) and they have a selection of treats (cake, milkshakes, donuts). We tried their soft serve dipped cones and they were very good. I especially love the orange dip! Also they have some cold dog treats for your fury companion.

Ordered the cookie dough, it was less than half the size as in the past and cost the same $10. Menu says large container of cookie dough however it is maybe a 1/2 cup (think small ice-cream scoop size).

I?ve had a really positive experience with La Diperie until recently. We paid 18$ for a dozen donuts for my husband?s birthday. When we served them, we quickly realised that they were inedible. They were so stale that we had to throw them all out. I wrote an email hoping to have them replaced and never heard back. Update: I wrote another email after their response on my review and continue to not receive any response.
