Caffe Prego - Ogunquit

This small venue is an absolute must visit in Ogunquit!! The fresh tomato sauce is perfect on the Chicken Parmesan...It has just the right amount of chunkiness and blend of herbs. The Risotto is creamy and cheesy with asparagus that still has some tooth to it providing a crunch to this amazing dish...the blend of sausage and mushrooms round out the risotto with a rich and earthy flavor. Top it off with their Pistachio Martini and it was a perfect must repeat dinner!!!

We sat outside on the patio for an early dinner and enjoyed a bunch of the small plates, bruschetta, and dessert. The small plates were wonderful combinations of flavors and textures- we savored each one. The bruschetta was not as memorable . Our meal was reasonably priced which was a nice bonus. We will be back!

We went the weekend prior to closing up for the season so they didn't have everything on their menu. Nonetheless we had a great experience! We started with the salad and it was SO good! Salad ingredients were so fresh and tasty. We then got a pizza and each slice had a different topping. LOVED the mushroom one. Pizza was very good. We also ordered a pasta with shrimp which was also good. Would definitely go back!

Located in the heart of Ogunquit, this vibrant orange restaurant offers delicious food at reasonable prices. On our visit, the sunny weather made the orange awning and menu a bit difficult to read. If you enjoy thin crust pizza, you’ll appreciate their crust, which was quite tasty. The basil truly elevated the pizza, and the sauce-to-cheese ratio was just right, leaving me fully satisfied. However, I was disappointed with the pasta salad portion—it was the smallest I've ever seen, with only five pieces of pasta, along with a few peas and olives.

I visit this restaurant every time I'm in Ogunquit, and I absolutely love it! The sangrias are fantastic, and the menu offers a wonderful variety of options.
