I don't know if they cook with glutamate.
We were dressed by the many vegan foods with joyful expectation too little saigon. And were quite disappointed. Almost all dishes were with fish sauce, although they were declared vegan. We had asked for fish sauce, etc., because of a non vegan plate, and were then informed that most dishes contain fish sauce. Bad for allergy sufferers. Finally, we were offered to make all selected dishes without fish sauce. The dishes were delicious (due to the lack of fish sauce!? and unfortunately not convince us. They looked very good.
See great bowls, delicious and unfortunately very inconspicuous.
I always get the vegan. it's crazy how they get that, really super tasty! also the set are all super friendly
My friends and me are very picky when it comes to asian cuisine in Germany because we enjoyed vietnamese, thai and indonesian food in the respective countries while traveling. At Little Saigon, everything tastes like Vietnam, it's super delicious, not quite expensive and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely, say, it's the best vegan food you can find in the city (try the dishes with the veggie duck, it's amazing
