My family loves the food, especially the shrimp tacos, from Eduardo's! Every time we stay on Ocracoke we have to stop by at least two times, three preferably. Man, I travel a long way to get their shrimp quesadilla.

Best fish tacos they’re flavorful and big tacos. We also tried Ed’s clam Chowder (not pictured) and that was good too. We would definitely come back for a quick lunch. FYI It’s a taco food truck with picnic tables, so completely outdoors. Also no bathrooms or sink to wash your hands. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
