Wonderful food, lovely atmosphere, quality libations, but lacking in customer service. Every time we’ve dined here, the check in process brings an awkward waiting period for someone to come by with a blunt, short, entitled attitude from the front of house staff. No offer to sit at the bar for a cocktail, no suggestion that they’ll come to get you when it’s time for your reservation, not even a smile when you arrive. Had dinner at Sobie's last night with another couple. A Texan salmon, tenderloin sandwich, and ribeye steak with a Detroit zip sauce. Each one was excellent. Steaks were done to perfection and melted in your mouth. Atmosphere was old world charm. Server was pleasant and friendly. Food was outstanding. Would highly recommend.
