Dunkin' - Oceanside

The service at this restaurant is excellent, much better than my usual Dunkin' Donuts location.

Unfortunately, it seems to be a recurring issue at every Dunkin' location. The consistently low quality of the food and uncertainty of the drinks make me feel like I am wasting my money every time I visit. The items are rarely heated properly and getting a correct drink order feels like a gamble.

You can't go wrong with a plain bagel at this restaurant. They definitely delivered on that front, so I think it's worth a visit.

Food drinks was made quick, but after they changed staff.. wow so rude! I 've been stopping in 2-3x 's per week at this location. Today, the girl who took my order sorta glared at me. Woman who gave me my sandwich dropped it on the pick up table,when I said have a nice day she rolled her eyes at me! By the way I tip nearly every time I go there (except when using mydebit card). I won 't be back as this is 3rd time they 've been rude for no reason. Too many other Dunkins in LI to give my bizto. Good luck

I just went there and got 3 bagels. I repeater the order to the girl 3 times and she got not ONE bagel right. I will not be going back here again. This was at 10:55 am today. Please check who was working the register and get rid of her or retrain her.No reason i just spend $20 Got out in the snow just to get home and see that she couldn?t even do her job and get ONE bagelright.
