Aztecas Cantina - Ocean Springs

First visit and will from now on be my chill and Netflix spot for good Mexican food. I got the Victoria bowl with steak, and it was so flavorful and filling. The atmosphere was upbeat, and sports were on the tv's. I'll dine in again, but definitely my new go-to for relaxing at home.

Food was great as always. But wow. Hands down the worst server I 've ever had. She should possibly win an award for how bad she is at it. I can handle bad attitude or forgetting stuff or having an off night and I 'll still tip extremely well, but this was a masterclass in awful service. I just couldnt bring myself to tip nothing but definitely the lowest ive ever gone. It was dead inside and there were like 10 servers all chatting to themselves so it definitely wasn 't because it was busy and was nowhere near closing time. After 5 mins or so she finally walked over and acknowledged us but by her attitude she was clearly extremely upset about it. All good, we still were super friendly when we ordered our drinks and food. Then she was either happily chatting with other servers or sitting at a table on her phone the entire time and never brought dip we ordered but still charged us for it. When she did drop our actual food at the table, she didn 't even make so much as eye contact with us, let alone ask if we needed anything else. We couldn 't help but laugh cause it seemed like she literally ran away to avoid any interaction. She never came back again. Not once. No checking on us. No refills or napkins. She wouldnt even turn our direction or glance our way the few times she went to the tables next to us. Over thirty minutes passed and we finally just interrupted her leaving another table so we could just get our check and leave. It was so painfully awkward and she seemed super offended we spoke to her. Could we get the check please was literally all we said. We noticed she also interacted with her other tables the same way so I can assume it wasn 't anything personal. She just clearly doesn 't give any f 's about the job to such a degree its impressive lol. We love this place, especially the Gautier location, and have never had a bad experience in the dozens of times we have been. Bravo server girl, you were so awful it made me want to compose this way too long review. Way to set the bar to an incredible new low.

Great place, the margarita wasn't nearly strong enough, but it's okay. Food wasn't the best I've had, but the service made up for all of it. I won't go back, but I would recommend it to others to atleast try.

I ordered cheese enchiladas. Everyone else’s order came but mine. The server passing the food out left. He came back and asked if we needed anything else. I told him I didn’t get my order and he left. Later the original server came back and asked me again, what I ordered and he left. Later he came back with 1 cold cheese enchilada and I asked about my beans. He returned with the beans, spilling them down my right arm, then went to my left and spilled more down my left arm, ruining my shirt. My friend ordered beef enchiladas and got 2. The manager came over and was told what happened and he decided that I got my food and should pay. I did pay the full amount with tip added in. I could never recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered from here on uber eats. I had the Sopa de Pollo. Shortly after receiving it I began to eat and there was a piece of aluminum foil in it. The container did not contain for nor was there foil on anything else I ordered. Utterly disgusting and should be shut down.
