Ocean Grove Pizza Pasta

This might be the best service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. While most places would shrug off a mistake—like saying, "Sorry, we accidentally put the sauce you asked to be removed on your pizza. You can buy another one if you'd like..."—this wonderful team went above and beyond. They sent me a new pizza at no charge and even delivered it for free. I understand that asking for no BBQ sauce on a pizza labeled BBQ Meatballs might seem like a hassle, but they handled my request with exceptional care. I really appreciate it!

I want to give a big shout out to Ocean Grove Pizza Pasta at 5255 3040! I ordered a home delivery, and unfortunately, they added some chili to my pizza. When I called to let them know, they immediately offered to deliver a completely new pizza without any fuss or argument. A free pizza and delivery? That's fantastic customer service! Great job!

We were let down by their change in reservation policy for the summer, which stated they weren't accepting reservations. When we called to inquire, the staff member simply advised us that it wasn’t necessary since they wouldn’t have many customers. However, when we arrived, the place was packed, resulting in a 20-30 minute wait. I expressed my frustration on Facebook, but to their credit, they apologized and prioritized us in the takeaway queue. We've been loyal customers for 25 years and absolutely love OG Pizzas. I highly recommend them!

Our pizza was an hour and a quarter later than eta even after we called...but all ok cause Byron delivered it!

The best fettuccine carbonara I've ever had. Didn't want it to end. Thoroughly enjoyed it
