This was the best place we visited on the Bellarine. It's such a shame they're closing down.

I completely understand the hype surrounding this place. The food is fantastic, and the portions are quite generous. We had an early dinner with our 1-year-old, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us by providing a high chair. Thank you for a great experience! Iwan the terrible!

Wow! what a hidden gem! a pathetic winter night, rain and wind; sitting outside. but the roller shutters were down, heating up and even scolding to keep them warm, then eating. service was excellent, quality amazing and oh so delicious! thank you!

However, we tried to get the staff's attention several times, but they seemed to ignore us. The man at the counter was quite rude to my partner and didn't even acknowledge us during the payment process. I'm really confused about why they have such high ratings when the customer service was quite mediocre. Maybe it was just a busy night, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend the place.
