Ihop - Ocala

I asked for Xtra cheese, didnt get it. The cake was descent, very chocolaty.

Food was luke warm to cool, none of the meals had the Cranberry sauce that was listed to be included and all the Mac and cheese containers were only half full, the green beans were crunchy and they were out of broccoli which was still listed as available.

Decided to go out of our way to visit this place, because in the near options will always be stale. the waitress was all smiles and happy explained all specials and even suggested how my son could order a combo cheaper. some if these pancakes are ridiculous, the free for the children are just a dessert in trim. but I can't say that all the food was not delicious. children eat free and a decent hoppy hour's menu for the lowest review we have received in two years as a family. I have no complaints.

Friendly waitress, eating was delicious. 5 stars eating and waiting personal. could use help, hiring. must be cleaned. the tables were full of dirty dishes and the bathroom was nasty like the floors. it is more a sign of time not having enough personal. I would have gotten five stars. but cleanliness is important.

Last night with the woman there. She has something else. I have my usual steak omelet with chocolate pancakes. the food came out very fast. as within 5 minutes fast. my wife kept saying it was so fast. a few hours later I felt very bad. I ate most omeletts, just a few bites of pancakes. the ones I brought home and let my teenage son eat later. he threw up at night. so are my son and I sacrifice food poisoning. I will give them a presumption that the food was undercooked. faster service not equal quality. I called ihop to complain and advise, spoke to the manager who cooked the food last night. no apologies, no accountability. I can't be the only one who got sick. I have made a complaint to the company and of course it is a franchise and of course nobody cares. I was a regular customer, not anymore. I suggest they avoid this place for a long time.
