Hero Certified Burgers - Oakville

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a delicious and juicy veggie burger. The service was excellent, with all the employees being very kind and hardworking.

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. The floors are sticky, the tables are not cleaned, and the washroom floors are also sticky and dirty. I wish we had eaten somewhere else.

Went in tonight, ordered a burger and paid for three types of cheese with ketchup lettuce, and bbq sauce on the side. Got home and the burger had mustard only, and none of the 3 cheeses that I paid almost four extra dollars for, and no bbq on the side. Called and the guy who answered spent five minutes fighting with me that he had made the burger and specifically put the cheese on, and when I said he didnt he said it must have melted . That much cheese doesnt melt into nothing. After arguing with him for five minutes, he says well we close in ten minutes, can you get here before then . I couldn 't get there in that time (but would have been able to if he 'd owned up to the mistake five minutes prior, which is a fine mistake to make,I get that things happen), to which I got a cant do anything then, sorry . So now I 'm sitting with a burger that will go in the garbage, and four dollars down from what I should have gotten. A man that rude should NOT be in customers service, and I will never be back.

Best-of-class burger, available on fresh hard-crust Ace Bakery ciabatta instead of the standard spongy bun. Add fried egg on top, for that Vietnamese-style rich taste. Well worth the higher prices. Plenty of parking by the door.

Service very friendly, we got in 30 minutes before closing but never felt rushed. i enjoyed the burger, certainly high quality but except for an occasional treat with friends, the cost too high for me, but maybe not you. Fries were a bit soggy. Usual drinks, clean but basic seating. Treat yourself and see.
