Pretzel Pretzel - Oakville

The pretzels here are always so good! Highly recommend the bratwurst one ????. Also you can 't go wrong with pretzel nuggets and cheese ????. The problem is, a few of the staff aren 't very friendly and don 't look happy to be there... which is ironic becausethey wear shirts that say something like 'good food equals a good mood '???????

Sooo, funny thing about this review is that we were actually headed to Boardwalk Wafffle and Ice Cream, but for some reason they were closed and since they're in the same Plaza it only made sense to try something new. When we walked in, we were greeted bythe cashier while we checked out the menu. Now, I don't eat pork so I automatically wanted to try the Philly Stuffed Pretzel,but what was explained to me( by the cashier is they aren't selling it because the price of beef became too high????????????!!!Yoo, what!? Even if that's the case, some information shouldn't be divulged to customers(especially if we said it was our firsttime , but I went with the 15 piece Nugget Combo w/Jalapeño cheese and hubby had the St. Louis Style Pepperoni Melt Combow/Salsa Con Queso(no pics bc he absolutely demolished that thing before i had a chance???????? ...the cheese dips are WINNING,especially bc I can actually taste and see the Jalapeño cuz most of these dips only smell like it. I couldn't finish all mynuggets tho, not because too much dough but the salt????-even after scrapping some off, it was still hellas left...I will saythat I'll recommend you go especially If you eat pretzels and pork cuz the food was fresh and hot for sure, I was limited

Awesome staff and pretzels ! My son loves the Pretzel Hot Dog ! The gooey butter and Mac n cheese pretzels are amazing as well.

I was in a desperate need of a delicious salty brown pretzel before I came from my child from football practice. when I came Jack Eller was there to greet me as a friendly gentleman and filled my pulpit needs like miracles. Like my kid Cory says. "It's Bussin "Thanks Jack Eller

Last week he called an order for 10 soft Bretzel and 24 Nuggets for Super Bowl Sunday. The person who answered the phone said we were only on large pulpits or the 72 Nugget table. He said we got the front to buy this day. I went to both locations today and appreciate what they don't have any pretzels for sale today. Several customers were turned away. Bad for business.
