Starbucks - Oak Park

I initially thought my bad experience was just a one-time occurrence, but unfortunately, every time I visit this restaurant, I encounter the same poor service. When I walk in, the mobile orders and drive-thru customers seem to take precedence over in-house diners. Despite the lack of a crowd, I often find myself waiting for over 15 minutes, only to receive an incorrect order. On top of that, when I try to ask for help with my drink order after waiting for so long, I struggle to get anyone's attention. It appears that the establishment prioritizes mobile orders and drive-thru customers, resulting in a negative experience for those dining in.

The staff at this restaurant is always friendly and happy. The service is excellent. They provide high chairs for children.

The service was slow and when my drinks finally arrived, they were dirty.

It's a nice Starbucks (as nice as any other) in a quiet town. It's very clean and the employees are friendly. Other than that, basic Starbucks.

Happy, pleasant staff everytime! Order always correct, fast and efficient! Drive thru is my usual way of grabbing my goodies at this location!
