Brix N' Ale - NYACK

I should have read more reviews before I stop here. They've got 20 taps, but they're all out of three. What? The name of the place is why we stopped for beer! Okay. The service was slow, but it was Columbus Day so u had not many people to wait, that would be an opportunity to chat people so they might want to come back. No, I've got a drink, I've never been asked if I wanted another conversation. Eating is decent, I have the falafel my husband has wings. So definitely have someone in the kitchen who knows what they are doing, but everything else will come here our only time. Make sure your website has the right information when we Google it.

If I could give this place zero, I would. Hour and half are waiting with a hungry baby. People who came after us got their food and went before us. Watered drinks. And so many people around us have a discount for the slow service? So we had to pay extra and had to take it to the end as our baby finally had enough. The worst service and experience here.

We're here at Nyack Street Fair. This place is super busy. The staff is amazingly polite, cool-headed and makes a fantastic job with such a big, demanding amount. The food is great! This is definitely a place where I would come back.

Here for lunch, post hike. We were a little sweaty, so we sat away from other diners. The service was friendly but slow, and started with 3 menu items not available at this time. We ordered some beers, then burgers. After a few minutes we were informed that a beer was not available. Order a replacement. After another 5 minutes we heard the cocksporn. A few minutes later, the waiter informed me that my beer was not available, then the beer menu came with 6 or so that beers were scratched as unavailable. After another 5 minutes waiting, replacement beers came, and shortly afterwards, the burgers. The burgers were very good, properly cooked and with a generous side of Fritten. An order for another round, which was placed at the food, made sure that the drinks came in time. The restaurant was not very crowded - maybe 4 other tables in a very large room. It is possible that it was very close to the opening of time, so everything has not yet been up to date. I will definitely try again with the hope that things will run smoother

So a few things don't go by the menu posted since it is not updated and they don't have half of the things. We came on a Sunday and they had no pizzas, no boneless wings, no pears for the salad, So for appetizers we had the chips and guacamole, the guacamole was very good, the mozzarella sticks were golden fried and the calamari was ok. The pickle chips and dip were also good Wings were overly spicy and had no other flavors, rhe falafel plate had falafel which was good and the pita were good, rhe beans were from a can and bearly rinsed and the humas was ok. Chicken fingers were standard but needed to wait 10 minutes for ketchup, the avocado BLT was very good and the fried chicken sandwich was dry. Overall it seems that they have a good chef but the service to get to that point is lacking customer service and food service skills, this was a Sunday afternoon and the place was quiet The majito drink was all sugar and not much of anything else.
