Dunkin' - Nutley

The service was terrible. There were only two employees working, and one of them got my drink order wrong while the other messed up my food order. I waited 20 minutes for a drink I didn’t order and then another 5 minutes for a sandwich that had egg in it, even though I am very allergic to eggs. I specifically asked to omit the egg and was charged for extra bacon and cheese instead, but I still received egg in my sandwich. I highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. You’ll end up waiting 25 minutes for items you didn’t order. If I could give zero stars, I would. Dunkin' down the road is much better!

The restaurant was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The drinks, including matcha tea and coffee, were excellent. I also tried the avocado toast, which was really good.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and efficient. When I walked in, I was unsure about which coffee to choose, but Matthew, one of the employees, was very helpful and patient with me. He took the time to prepare my drink exactly how I wanted it, and he didn’t hesitate at all when I requested a specific order. After 30 years of visiting Dunkin’, this has been my best experience yet!

I had been waiting at the register for 5 minutes before one of the TWO individuals working said a word to me. I had a question about the mobile app and the woman was incredibly nasty and was talking over me. I asked for her name and she refused to give itto me. Unfortunately I can only describe her as the short, bigger, Indian woman. I even asked for a receipt with her name andshe outright refused. In this line of business, your employees wear name tags and if they don?t- you still have to give a namewhen a customer asks. I will absolutely never be coming to this location again.

Went there this morning to grab some items for my coworkers. There were only 2 employees working and a line of people waiting. No one complained and the staff was friendly, fast and efficiant. Didn't seem to be stressed out at all. They did a great job.
