Our visit today marked 7 years since we found this place. The price has gone up. €75 for 14 taster courses plus bread and still water. €5 per course. The food today was exceptional. Fresh local vegetables and fish from Tarragona 40km away. Wine from...Clot de Soleres was organic and sulphite free, sparkling and perfect. La cuina és extraordinària, combinant tradició i creativitat amb una gran atenció al detall. Però és l’amor i la passió d’en Xavi i la Fina el que realment fa especial Quinta Forca. Ells no només gestionen el restaurant; el viuen i el comparteixen amb tothom que hi entra. Volem donar les gràcies a en Xavi i la Fina per les tres hores d’atenció impecable i propera que ens van oferir.
