The Foraged Kitchen - Novato

First time here. I haven 't been to the Rolling Hills Club since my daughter had a swim meet here many years ago. This place is the only food venue at the club. They have an unusually diverse menu. I was expecting all the traditional (basic) food items such as burgers and hot dogs. You might go in there one day and find a menu item with something freshly foraged by the owner Mike. I ordered the street tacos. I got one with carnitas and one with carne asada (tri tip). Both were good but the carnitas really stood out. I will be getting that again. I will be back. Note: you can eat here even if you are not a member of the club. Just tell the person at the front desk.

Talk about the best hidden gem ever! we did not know this place even exisited until we visited the Rolling Hills Club in Novato. fortunately, you do not need to be a member of this health club to eat here. Mike, the owner, is an expert at his craft! today was our first time there and my husband and i were extremely happy with our wonderful lunch! we ordered the delicious mushroom quesadilla (i had Mike add carnitas to it as well-thank you Mike) and my husband ordered the extremely fresh halibut sandwich with a side of cole slaw and we toppped everything off with an extra moist and huge chocolate chip cookie. wow-we were blown away by the quality of the ingredients, the deliciousness of everything, and the generous portions! thank you Mike for knowning how to make such tasty dishes and all made with such love and care! we most definitely look forward to trying more of your culinary delights soon! very happy we became members of Rolling Hills Club so that we will be there often, Lord willing, to try more goodies!

Super tasty and healthy food made with fresh and local ingredients. The Foraged Kitchen is inside the Rolling Hills Tennis Club and I love grabbing a bite here after a workout or a swim.

Awesome food my favorite is a simple grilled cheese with organic white cheddar cheese.
