Rickey's - Novato

I love the $1 oysters! I didn't expect much for $1 oysters, but they were really amazingly fresh and delicious! Would be safe again!

I came for a business trip and it wasn't disappointed. For Happy Hour they have a dozen shells for $12. I guess that's pretty good, so my colleague orders two dozen, and he said they were great. The rest of the meal was good. I've had a fat **** who was delicious.

Excellent service, good food and perfect ambience! Surely one of the best culinary experiences in Novato that we have ever had!

In one word: Impressive We didn't know what we expected for menu or ambience....okay, maybe we expected cafe style as Rickey's is connected to a hotel (although a wonderful hotel), but we were impressed! Rickey is beautiful and her staff is amazing! We stayed on a Saturday at Happy Hour when they offer specialties for the food and drink menu. We had the Calamari and the first-class French diving sandwiches... and various drinks. We loved her bartender! He was both knowledgeable and friendly. Food and drinks were the best. Thanks for a wonderful Saturday night!

I had forgotten about this place. I had the short ribs served on a bed of mashed potatoes. Excellent but a bit on the light side. I would have appreciated two pieces if meat. One was a cheap shot. Great martini in a huge martini glass. Our server was very attentive.
