This is a spacious neighborhood dive bar that has a clean vibe, along with pool tables and a digital jukebox. As for the prices, I never seem to notice them.

Always a great bar in Novato. Open later than basically any other bar and also the best offers. $5 design, all design, including the craft beers they wear. Great tequila selection as well, and large servers

Well, they don 't call it Slow-vato for no reason. Was here on a Friday night around 9pm and there was hardly anyone in there. I know the Novato bar scene is bad, but I forgot how bad it really is. (not blaming the bar for this, just making a point) They did remodel since the last time I was in there many years ago so that was a nice surprise, but I found it weird that all of the lights were on, usually bars at night will turn them down a bit to set the mood . Music was maybe a bit too loud for the number of people in there, but we made it work. Overall a fun night, but I 'd rather go to Hopmonk if I 'm going to go to any bar in Novato.

Fantastic bar with affordable drinks and a relaxed vibe. Mike serves an amazing Moscow Mule—be sure to ask him about his secret ingredient! Ian crafts a delicious Margarita, so don’t hesitate to inquire about the best tequila to use. And Joyce? She hands down makes the best Bloody Mary around!
