10 out of 10! best vacation and hotel where I have ever stayed! the location is amazing, the service is fantastic, and the eating / gastronomy was the best in the world! max was amazing and he took care of us. the food he recommended was amazing and he gave great suggestions. we love the harmoniehotel! pura vida!

Hotels.com has been following up and says that Harmony Hotel will not respond to the request for a refund. They report that the manager in charge is out for a few days and cannot respond. This has been the same response for a month. Please respond to hotels.com so that the refund can be issued. Original post from me and response from Harmony Hotel attached.

I had the gyoza (pumps) and the chalk bowl with sweet potato and sesame sauce. both were amazing. such a sweet place too.

Nothing special about 18 o'clock they were from the whole sushi page that left only 2 options. I have the harvest salat and the risotto that was good. the kokosnuss curry bowl w/ tofu is not vegan because of garnel sauce, which is absolutely ridiculous! also found out that the place is now in the possession of johnson johnson.

Harmon hotel really knows what they do! taste the ananas basil smoothie! the menu was obviously carefully designed. it's expensive, but the splurge worth it!
