Excellent food, good quality beer and wine, great service by staff who have been well trained in customer service. Spacious and well-designed restaurant, great value of high-quality food and drinks at very affordable prices. This restaurant is a great addition to the city.

When shopping in the food hall we stumbled over the wine bar, packed two free stools and nested. my sislaw and I had two glasses prosecco and then saw the couple next to us a very nice cheese table. after we asked the chap. behind the bar where this was on the menu, we found that it was served in another part of jarrolds. not a problem, but he put the order for us and then collected and brought it to us. nice selection of cheese together with chutney and brot. great price-performance ratio the gorgonzola was so delicious I had to go and buy some from the cheese-deli counter. great afternoon break in our shopping routine. I would recommend defo here for a moment. or two.

Seafood restaurant/bar excellent. Second to no customer service. Too bad the wine bar on the ground floor couldn't show the same commitment. After 20 minutes ignored, other customers served. We went. Visit Level 2 seafood bar to enjoy an experience.

Great food and service at The Exchange in Jarrolds. The pizzas were beautiful! I will definitely go back to lunch.
