Norwich Pizza Palace

I ordered two large turkey grinders with extra lettuce and tomatoes, but I was disappointed to receive two small grinders with no turkey, just a couple of small tomato slices and extra onions instead. There was no extra lettuce either. I also ordered a large pizza with green peppers, but it was very light on the green peppers. When you're hungry, it was okay, but for $32.50, which I rounded up to $40 including tip, I expected much better. I won't be returning!

You seem to have lost your passion for this business. Perhaps it’s time to consider retiring, my friend. It’s important to listen carefully when an order is placed and then repeat it back. When I ordered, you repeated it incorrectly because you assumed you knew what I wanted before I finished speaking. You're a nice person, but it feels like your enthusiasm has faded, and you’re weary of your challenging job. As a result, I ended up with a disappointing grinder.

I also ordered a cold salad, and it was huge, fresh, and flavorful. The pasta dishes are sizable and incredibly tasty as well. It’s a small, spotless pizza shop that provides quick delivery. My pizza always arrives hot and just right! This place is a must-try!

Omg their paper napkins are umba clean and white!! Definitely used once. Soda and chips are days before expiration thank god, and park across the street for pickup (if you have life insurance).

I live right up the street. I've ordered mostly pizza, but occasionally a grinder, and a few calzones. I love the place. The food tastes great and they're good people. I've never had a bad experience and I recommend them.
