Mido Sushi Bistro - Norwich

Nice place, we came less than an hour before lunch break but they didn't rush us. food was good, the salad had lots of that yummy dressing on it; although, the sushi combo lunch special comes with a crab sushi, if anyone else isn't a big fan of crab and would like to know that's there.

You will be treated badly here. They are rude on the phone taking your order, dining in like last time I came they had no kindness what so ever and they are rude even at pick up. They don’t even own a trash bin you can use when you’re paying over $20 for a Sushi roll. They lack basic customer service skills. She yelled “ I told you there’s no trash!” While taking care of another customer simply because I looked for somewhere to throw a napkin out in. I feel bad for people who can’t do basic services of normal kindness and work in food service. Not enjoyable to eat here and this is my first bad review I’ve written so that says a whole lot to how bad it is.

This is definitely my favorite restaurant. The food is consistently fantastic; it tastes delicious and is served beautifully. The restaurant is clean, has a nice atmosphere, and little details are delightful Such as the framed windows. Prices are better than the casinos and honestly the food is better as well. The staff is polite and responsive. Each time I go I try at least one different item and every time I am pleasantly surprised. The orange chicken is the best I’ve had. I honestly wish this place sold a cookbook. Try it at least once even if you don’t like sushi, they have cooked dishes and EVERYTHING is delicious. They also have food options if you don’t eat meat such as the vegetable tempura.

Mido's has quickly become my new favorite restaurant. The sushi is incredible. Probably the best I've ever had. All of the dishes I've had here are quite good. Service is quick and food comes out fast. Best roll I have had is definitely the Big Bang Roll.

We really enjoyed Mido Sushi! The food was delicious and good prices. Love the Lychee Martini! My two kids 8 and 9 had sushi for the first time and surprisingly loved it. They were accommodating and even gave them some kids chopsticks.
