Low customer service. trish the manager rude and threw us out. wouldn't give any information about the data sword! we sent over 3100 points. we got some blooming and enjoy our ice cream. she said it was scanned as buying a free one. the voucher says any size blurry for free. it would honor only one day. they will buy a get a free. that doesn't make sense. she is rude and wears a dirty hot and the place has a big smell. spend her money to earn points that she cannot redeem. No matter what the credit card should be honored. she has lost the company a loyal customer!

Had burger fries and a milkshake. nice to see a burger who looks like the photos.

Today I went to buy 2 vanilla-Kiddie-creatures for my children, as I always do that lady the older lady was so rude she had the nerves to scrub ice and scream at the customer and make it worse when I came home, gave my children her ice the cup was empty! terrible bad customer service and she should never do with the public. still ended the top of the young who took our money and gave us that.

Don't you understand why they're going to cut off the top of the blubbards and put the deck on it? I thought there was something that didn't happen, I was just handed over with a soda lid, not even with the right lid? very underwhelmed and disappointed last time I'm going here, I think

Went and got my girl a cotton candy blizzard and myself a strawberry cheesecake blizzard asked for light on the strawberries, they gave me a cup of plain ice cream with a single piece of cheesecake and a single strawberry not a dozen pieces of cheesecake like they normally do but a single little square of cheesecake and one very small piece of strawberry not a bit of the strawberry syrup that it comes with, just a cup of ice cream with a single little inch by half inch piece of cheesecake and maybe half a small strawberry. WTF?
