Trattoria San Pietro - Norwell

Had a great meal with friends. Always enjoy eating there.

San Pietro is still the best restaurant in our area. The food, service and ambience are essentially what you would expect in Boston, but close to the South Shore, with reasonable South Shore prices. Saturday night was great and probably 3/4 full. I am, of course, concerned about where things go from here in the state shutdown, but I encourage people to order. You can still have this fantastic food and make sure it's still there when the world opens. I know we're coming over.

The third time I eat here and this is still the loudest restaurant I've ever been. No sound absorption on the walls or ceilings. The food was always very good here and service excellent. This time the service was very good. As we see our waitress on a 2nd drink or get a wine menu or a desert. Apart from that, it was a good meal.

This is our go to restaurant for special occasions. The salad special is not to be missed. Food is great! Excellent wine list! We never order dessert but there are plenty of delicious options for those who do.
