Strawberry Fair - Norwell

I've dined at this restaurant three times, and I've thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The food is delicious and generous, the staff are wonderful, and the ambiance is fantastic! On my last visit, I raised a mug in memory of my late uncle, as I had dined there twice with him before. I can't wait to return soon! Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Breakfast.

However, the service truly stood out and deserves a perfect 5. The staff were attentive and friendly, making the experience enjoyable despite the lackluster meal.

As for the food, we ordered a breakfast skillet with hash and eggs Benedict. Unfortunately, both dishes were lacking in flavor, unappetizing to look at, and nearly inedible—we couldn't even finish them. Additionally, our waitress was unhelpful when we asked for substitutions. I really wanted to support a small business, but the food quality didn't justify the hour-long wait.

I love going to the Strawberry Fair! When my dad passed away my mother would go every week. The people working at Strawberry became family to her. They knew her favorite drink. When she would sit at her table she was greeted with her favorite drink and great kindness. My mother passed away last September, they were so kind and truly missed her. What a pleasant surprise. The place was packed and smelled of all things breakfast. We were a large party but were seated within minutes. The beautiful hostess has been seating guest for over 40 years! Our waitress was a pro. Been there for over 20 years, most of the employees have been. The food was beyond great. Make sure to try the homemade cornbread with delicious homemade strawberry preserves. Did I mention the baked beans? Just go here!
