Jack In The Box - Northridge

I've been here a few times before, but this was my first visit in a long time due to COVID-19. Everything was in order and met my expectations for the meal. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly.

Great service and the best ham and cheese sandwich you can pass anywhere 9pm. try it with dripping-yellow, people in the western cost do not know.

This fast food restaurant is a fantastic spot for a variety of delicious options. Their burgers are perfectly sized and juicy, making for a satisfying meal. There’s also an extensive selection of drinks and sandwiches available. The drive-thru service is efficient, allowing customers to receive their food quickly.

The breakfast options are good, but I have to say the hash browns are the greasiest I’ve ever had—quite unpleasant. On the upside, I appreciated that the staff came over to clean our tables and chairs without us having to ask, which was a nice touch. The restaurant generally seems clean inside, and the employees are both efficient and friendly. I just wish they would improve their frying technique. I usually order a breakfast sandwich here, but I also love that the chicken strips are 100% all white meat—a rarity these days. However, when the fries are over-fried, it can be really disappointing. The all-white meat chicken is great, and I hope they expand their menu with more options using it, instead of the odd "Franken-chicken" found on their salads and sandwiches. It would also be nice if they could reduce the excessive salt in some items. Overall, I understand that this is fast food and not necessarily healthy, but I wish for a bit more balance.

I wasn't quite pleasant with the customer service because the person in the counter couldn't really hear me, and even though I repeated it three times she appearantly didn't understand since she didn't bother to confirm with me and just go ahead and placed the wrong order. I like the food here but I'd hesitate to comeback or I'd hope to have another person help me the next time if I do comeback.
