Contribuiți la feedbackTaco grande is a really fun experience. We went the night before a big holiday. The decor, music, and atmosphere all come together to make this dining experience fun and enjoyable. On top of this, our waitress was extremely patient, kind, and helpful.A few cons, mainly our food and salsa were bland. We had do ask for salt to make it tasty. Once we did, everything was great! Maybe they just were trying to help out our cholesterol. Also, when we called to see if they would be open for the holiday, they said they would be closing soon and not to come. When we drove by to go to a nearby restaurant we decided to check and see if it was still open. To our surprise it was. This was disappointing and most likely on the host/hostess but very unprofessional.Would I come back? Not sure, but in the moment I had a great time.
Took the kids for dinner, food tastes fresh. The waiters were patient and kind. The menu seemed pretty affordable. We loved their rendition of Mexican street corn. My only downside was the music was too loud.
Omg ewwwww don't get ice, it taste awful and the fountain drinks don't taste any better. I probably won't come here again until someone says they cleaned all the hoses and fountain drink machine.
No chicken in the chicken burrito. Food is terrible. Got a weird bone in my taco.
Came here on a Sunday for lunch and we were the first guests that arrived. The hostess sat us down immediately but did not greet or smile (no big deal maybe he’s for something going on). The place is big with nice decor and calming atmosphere. The booth had crumbs all over the seats, again no big deal. After viewing the menu and saw no safe options for my highly allergic toddler, I asked if they could heat up her sealed store bought chicken rice cup. We were told that no outside food is allowed due to potential contamination. I then explained that the container is sealed and it’s not homemade. The manager then responded “ well we just don’t do that”. They didn’t even ask what food my daughter is allergic to, and see if they could accommodate..nothing. It’s 2024, food allergy is real and many people, including kids and adult die yearly. If you aren’t able to offer any accommodations, at least help heat up the food for the poor kid. This is the first and ONLY restaurants that we’ve been to that not only failed to inquire about food allergy, but also do not offer allergen friendly options, or offer to heat up allergy safe food. Of course we left, as any family would so their child could eat. We were so excited to try this place out but how disappointing it is that they denied to help people with food allergy.
