All of the soups are delicious! Friendly service and the menu items reasonably priced.
The hot honey grilled cheese is the perfect blend of sweet and savory!
I got the “Sophie” Burger and it was overcooked and under-seasoned. The patties seemed like the were pre-formed frozen Sysco burgers, and they advertised a brioche bun, but it ate more like a stale grocery store kaiser. This was an overall bland, disappointing experience. I’m really not one to write bad reviews, and I don’t mean to sound insulting…but this one was a bummer.
I had a similar experience that Jessica had today. Today was my very first time in my 41 years of living. I can recall actually. Coming to Wilmington, Delaware. So obviously I did not know how things worked so I when her here.I see one line with the self check out option system. And then inside the restaurant was the POS cashier system. They had two guys one of them was taking the food and so because I wasn’t sure if the personal POS system was the only way to take order. I simply asked him escape the server is someone able to take my order? He says it’s right there. Look to the left. And I said yes, I understand that. But my question is, do I have a choice or this is the only way I can order the proceeds to catch an attitude with me. Then, when I gave sam back his own energy, he responded as if I was in the wrong. He then goes to proceeded to tell me there are two other people in the line that did the same thing I should know I guess the only option. !!! The manager did not even correct him At all. On top of that for this place to be only 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia cheesesteaks weren’t really that good for $24 and they had the nerve to charge me a dollar for peppers and usually cheesesteaks and peppers. I didn’t realize they were charging for something in common is on a sandwich. However, after the little dispute, he apologized. I apologize, and he proceeded to give me good service after the fact
