Seasons Pizza - Northchase

We lived out gluten free pizza.Thin crust and delicious flavor!!

Walked in for dine in at 8:10pm after checking their hours online that state 10pm and that their last seating is 30 mins before closing. They had a sign posted on the door that stated they were only open until 9:30 which shouldn’t have been an issue with the 30 minutes but I didn’t get both of my feet through the front door before they told me they won’t serve us at all and that they aren’t seating anymore. No offer to do take out if we wanted to instead or anything. Won’t be coming back.

Absolute worst service of my life. No staff in restaurant area. Ordered in take out and requested delivery to restaurant and was told that would happen. Did not.

I will never order from this place AGAIN! First they forgot my cheese steak okay not a big deal they did call promptly to let me know the problem was I was already home and noticed the same thing about to call them. Next I was told they have a delivery driver there right now and we can have it right to you. I thought awesome great service. Well my family starts eating and they start complaining all the fried orders was under cook. Over 30 minutes goes by still no cheese steak, I called and asked where my order was I was met with attitude by the person answering the phone and the said let me look a second later she gets back on the phone and says it will be there any second. Five minutes later the delivery driver shows up hands me the food as I was calling back asking for the manager. He stomps off and mumbles that cheaper f'er. While trying to get a hold of a manager I was again met with attitude from a male that answered this time. I waited on hold for at least 5 minutes for the manager and one he answered he was rude like I was interrupting him. After that I then asked to speak to his boss someone outside of the store and some lady on the other end after I was passed off yet again said the only person higher than me is the vice president of the company. I KNOW SEASONS HAS AREA MANAGERS!!!!

Usually the food's good and so is the service today I ordered online and paid for everything on my card so my instructions were to leave the food on the front porch and ring the doorbell that way we didn't have to have contact with the delivery driver usually they text message you that it's on its way and once it's been delivered and then ring the doorbell once they leave it on the step today I got no text messages I got no doorbell ring they just left my food sitting outside until I decided to go out just to check and by the time I got there my pizza was covered in ants I had bugs all over the place and then when I called them took the pizza back to the store the delivery driver lied said he rang the doorbell which one is a complete lie I have dogs that hate the doorbell they rang the doorbell everybody in the neighborhood would have known and then the people at the store didn't really do anything other than make us a new pizza so the tip that I gave for the convenience of it coming to my house and the delivery fee and all that stuff didn't get reimbursed on the pizza all I was reimbursed was of the delivery fee since I had to come out to them wait another 20 minutes for a new pizza to be made and then go back home on my own time what was convenient about that?
