Efes Bbq - Northampton

Ordered minced lamb on the bed of roasted aubergines. Received lamb shish on feta cheese. I was quite disappointed as minced lamb kebab and aubergines are my favorite. I ate the food as I was starving. Interesting dish but would of loved to receive what...I ordered. Baklava was not fresh at all. I can see their food quality is better than most take aways but this time I am disappointed as paid pounds for a tiny dish.

We had a takeaway and ordered the platter for people , the kisir and the yohurt. This gave us enough for people to have a generous meal. The meat was delicious and tender. I would recommend the platter in particular. It came with...delicious Turkish bread, rice and salad.

Need to learn my lesson with this place, over priced and cold. Refused to give me a refund. Delivered a replacement...luke warm and chewy. Avoid.

Really great food and very authentic, my family always go there so we went along for my birthday, if you want authentic good Turkish food I would recommend getting down there for a slice
