This is a fantastic spot to enjoy drinks and catch up with friends in the evening. The fried dishes on Sunday are absolutely amazing, so be sure to make a reservation in advance as it gets quite busy. They also tend to accommodate walk-ins during Sunday lunch. The themed menu nights are a lot of fun and offer delicious tasting experiences. The owners, Diane and Iain, along with their friendly staff, create a welcoming atmosphere. It’s also a dog-friendly place set in a lovely village.

A well maintained secret, excellent eating, great atmosphere, traditional English pub with a warm reception and good beer could not ask for more.
