Montana's - North York

What can I say I rarely go here but for some reason, my fam wanted ribs and things.

I was shopping with a friend nearby when we decided to get something to eat and saw Montana's.

Manager seated us around 8 but don't tell any of the servers or the servers knew but chose to ignore usNot sure which is worse.

Had a very enjoyable experience tonight at this location. My server was amazing . His name is Dip you would be lucky to have him take care of you. I opted for the regular order of pork ribs with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The ribs were meaty but on the dry side. The bbq sauce was delicious. It's their signature blend and available to buy. I wasn't impressed with the mashed potatoes but did enjoy the coleslaw. The ambience was pleasant and comfortable. A nice bar feel. I was on my own and didn't feel the slightest bit awkward. The manager came over with my bill and asked if I had a scene card. I did and was pleasantly surprised with a $15 credit on my bill. I will definitely return. Perhaps not for the ribs. The menu is very diversified so there are lots of good options. Thank you

Food was awful. Dry, overcooked etc. Service was fine .. I was reminded why I haven't been here in a very long time and won't be visiting again.
