The lunch baguettes at this restaurant are absolutely delicious, with a crispy texture and a variety of flavorful fillings. The meats are always tasty and tender, and the veggies are consistently fresh. They also offer unique traditional dishes that are surprising to find in Townsville. While the prices may be a bit higher compared to Melbourne or Sydney, the exceptional service makes it worth it.

This restaurant is our favorite! The service is exceptional, the food is of amazing quality and incredibly fresh and delicious with bursts of flavor! Every time we visit, we love it even more. You can't go wrong with Lotus Saigon!

Highly recommended! The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Our favorite dishes were the beef pho and banh mi paired with Vietnamese iced coffee.

Took my parents there last night,Fantastic customer service, staff were personable, attentive, energetic, approachable and always on the ball. Pleasant atmosphere, the food was absolutely beautiful.We also loved our dessert and soft drinks.Overall a delightful experience and we’ll be coming back again soon. Thank you so much again.
