Chilli Lee Szechuan Cuisine

After we ordered at least 5 times in the past for delivery and sometimes collection, we went to chilli le szechuan today for a delivery of chicken fried rice and honey garlic spare ribs. to come home to eat, went to the honey garlic. ribbed and they looked awful. they were large pieces of flour with barely garlic ribs at all. to finish this, there was a small dab of honey garlic sauce. for my wife they were unusable and we decided to ask chilli lee if they could fix the order. their answer was no, there was nothing they would do, they don't order this court next time. I asked to talk to the manager, was said, manager not there, he will call her. 2 hours later, no call, call again. said they won't treat the problem too bad. for $37.07 including controlling and tapping, I would hope for a better answer to a customer call. too bad to say, and no, they can't talk to the manager was quite open, the worst level of service I've ever experienced. I wanted to go back and be told that they wouldn't fix the problem, but the position of my wife was, they don't do that, they would probably just call the police and that would still not address the problem. they have lost a customer and I hope only that I can help someone not make the same mistake.

We ordered yesterday evening and received a bag full of disappointment: if I did not know that we ordered sweet and acidic pork, I would have suspected that it was something else, all sweet no sour and the kind of meat was not detectable, the color was very inconspicuous and... most of them were not at all dry with any sauce. the bark and brokkoli was gagworthy, loaded with hard garlic and the meat was so tender that it was muddy and pasty. the soup was brown. the noodles are so bland it is not worth the calorie. this is mall fod court level.o give him a pass.

We have chilli enjoyable lee, since we have been drawn 10 years ago into this area and it is now better than ever! we recommend order online from their website so that they are not torn off by ship the dishes or uber eats. the delivery. always fast and eating is hot. our favorite is each of their dinners for one who are excellent and so delicious. many thanks to chilli lee and we are happy to support this local restaurant!

Eating and service at chilli lee is excellent. I had often eaten or taken out that we have always lived too far away for delivery (deep cove,) but on this Friday night I had demanded one, and did not feel like. drive to lonsdale so that I asked a chance and so happy to discover that was possible for only $6 delivery. I'm sure it would have cost me more in the gas to pick it up. many thanks to chilli lee, because this was really needed a break and this leak after a very busy week! Among the family lovers are house special ginger fried beef, mushu chicken, house special chow my (krispy,) cashew nut chicken. we tried the orange peel chicken tonight and that was also delicious.

I thought I'd give this place a try for some take out food and phoned in an order. When I went to pick up my order and saw the restaurant I was disgusted at how dirty this place looked. It seems to need a good...cleaning and if the public area looks like this I wonder how the kitchen looks. Anyway I decided to give it a chance and picked up my order. I asked the lady for two packets of hot sauce and she said only one is free and the second one costs one dollar. Really? A dollar for chili sauce? Seems a little petty to me. The food was greasy and somewhat bland. There are better and cleaner places to go for better food and better customer service. I won't be going back here.
