El Cerro Mexican Grill

Ok first off the coworkers were bad because they were js staring at us while we just sitting there unhelped, second I watched the worker clean the table n bro spilled the drink all over his pants, loud kids next to us, it was just terrible like they js wanted to help there kind first

This is our go-to mexican restaurant. The service is great and the food has great flavor.

The servers were so wonderful. They checked in and provided excellent service. A large group was on the other side of the restaurant, which was causing kitchen delays, and the staff were apologetic. Honestly, we did not notice a delay since we were quite happy with our chips, salsa, and margaritas. Our food was great and plentiful. Definitely will come again.

Food was good but it came out of the kitchen warm to cold. Menu mostly in Spanish. Family friendly. This was our first time. Will give them another chance to serve the food hot.

They better be glad they have good food because their service is terrible, everytime we go there it gets worse and worse, last night we had a girl that took so long to get to the table we were ready to order when she came for our drink order and that was the only time we seen her until we were done and ready to pay, my daughter was missing food but never got to tell her until we were done eating, we never got refills on our drinks. Just terrible. Train your servers please! It’s like this every time we go and I’m about to start looking for another Mexican restaurant
